PT Krakatau Daya Listrik (KDL) held "Bulan Disiplin" as a special program to improve discipline, performance, and morale during the July 2023 period. The purpose of this program is to monitor the level of employee discipline and remind them of the disciplinary rules that apply at PT KDL. Discipline month is able to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and create a professional work environment.
